(2)培養管理不當 如養菌室溫度偏高。多數食用菌菌絲的生長溫度為5-33℃。除草菇外,大多數的食用菌菌絲體生長的適宜溫度一般在20-30℃。培(pei)養(yang)溫(wen)度(du)的(de)不(bu)同(tong),對(dui)菌(jun)絲(si)體(ti)的(de)生(sheng)長(chang)速(su)度(du)和(he)健(jian)壯(zhuang)程(cheng)度(du)都(dou)有(you)很(hen)大(da)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)。一(yi)般(ban)說(shuo),在(zai)一(yi)定(ding)範(fan)圍(wei)內(nei),隨(sui)著(zhe)培(pei)養(yang)溫(wen)度(du)的(de)升(sheng)高(gao),菌(jun)絲(si)的(de)生(sheng)長(chang)速(su)度(du)會(hui)逐(zhu)漸(jian)加(jia)快(kuai),菌(jun)絲(si)生(sheng)長(chang)最(zui)快(kuai)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)就(jiu)是(shi)菌(jun)絲(si)生(sheng)長(chang)最(zui)合(he)適(shi)的(de)溫(wen)度(du),但(dan)是(shi)並(bing)不(bu)是(shi)菌(jun)絲(si)健(jian)壯(zhuang)生(sheng)長(chang)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)。實(shi)際(ji)生(sheng)產(chan)中(zhong),我(wo)們(men)為(wei)了(le)培(pei)育(yu)健(jian)壯(zhuang)的(de)菌(jun)絲(si)常(chang)常(chang)將(jiang)養(yang)菌(jun)室(shi)溫(wen)度(du)調(tiao)至(zhi)比(bi)菌(jun)絲(si)最(zui)快(kuai)生(sheng)長(chang)溫(wen)度(du)低(di)2-3℃。如果養菌室溫度偏高,則菌絲徒長,但菌絲會稀疏無力,不健壯。此外,通風不良、空氣濕度過大也會引起菌絲徒長。所以,要求我們在製種過程中要加強管理,加強通風,適當降溫降濕,以抑製菌絲的徒長現象。
