2)技術進展
目前,國內大米深加工企業一般采用PE/PP/PA複合的塑料包裝袋。這種包裝較傳統包裝具有可延長大米保質期等特點,其防潮、防黴、防蟲效果十分理想。另外圖案、商標印刷精美,文字、條(tiao)碼(ma)清(qing)晰(xi)可(ke)見(jian),很(hen)能(neng)吸(xi)引(yin)顧(gu)客(ke),促(cu)進(jin)銷(xiao)售(shou),但(dan)在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)中(zhong)保(bao)質(zhi)期(qi)不(bu)長(chang)。塑(su)料(liao)複(fu)合(he)包(bao)裝(zhuang)袋(dai)較(jiao)傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)編(bian)織(zhi)袋(dai)在(zai)保(bao)質(zhi)期(qi)方(fang)麵(mian)有(you)所(suo)提(ti)高(gao),但(dan)也(ye)不(bu)過(guo)一(yi)年(nian)左(zuo)右(you)。一(yi)些(xie)高(gao)檔(dang)的(de)500g的大米,其包裝袋的成本就為0.3元,比例接近了20%,成本高達10%;複合袋包裝在封口熱合時易出現起皺現象,影響了袋子的密封性和美觀度,尤其以5kg、10kg、15kg等小型袋裝最為明顯。再有,袋子的抗壓強度不夠,一些產品采用充氣方式,但在運輸過程中,經常會出現破袋現象。
目前國內大米加工企業較多的使用自動稱量真空包裝機、多功能稱量包裝封口機等。真空包裝機普遍存在著穩定性差、生產效率低等問題,這些問題在生產中容易造成破袋、密封不嚴等現象。國外產品質量相對較好,如日本佐竹公司的半自動計量小包裝機采用電腦傳感器自動計量係統,計量精度高、速度快。除人工套袋外,計量、灌裝、充氣在一機內自動完成,並配有熱合封口裝置,操作方便,且智能化程度高。
日本一家公司推出了一種強密封性包裝袋,它是用一種叫做“奇克倫”的塑料製成的,具有極好的隔氧作用,用它來包裝新大米,保鮮效果特別好,可長久保持大米的色、香、味不變,而且袋內產生的二氧化碳還有防蟲、fangmeidezuoyong。baojialiyanongyezhuanjiafamingleyizhongjijiandanyoujingjidebaocundamixinfangfa。jiangdamishaoweiliangganyixia,zhuangruyizhongyongjuyixicailiaozhichengdedakoudaizhong,ranhoumifeng。zheyangbaocundedami,jibuhuichuxianshuifenhuifa,yebuhuifamei,yizhikebaocundaodierniandechuntian,guwudeyingyangchengfenyidianyebujianshao。
近年來不少包裝的新技術也正被應用到大米包裝上。如將鈦合金、eryanghuaguidengbandaoticailiaozuoweichumeichanrujuyixibomozhongdeguangchumeijishu,youyuchanrudejinshuwuzaichumeilinheguangdezuoyongxia,kefashengchumeifanyingheguanghuaxuefanying。zhezhongguangchumeijuyixidaishengrudamihou,yinbandaotidianzibeiguangnengjihuochuyujigaodefeipinghengzhuangtai,zaidaineixingchengwendushangshengqushi,cushidamidengliangshitineishuifenzifenjie,congerdadaofangchong、防黴和保鮮的效果。
4 茶葉
1)保質要求

5 活鮮水產品
1)保質要求

對(dui)於(yu)活(huo)鮮(xian)水(shui)產(chan)品(pin)的(de)包(bao)裝(zhuang),根(gen)據(ju)其(qi)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)技(ji)術(shu)要(yao)求(qiu)可(ke)以(yi)采(cai)用(yong)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)包(bao)裝(zhuang)材(cai)料(liao)。通(tong)常(chang)在(zai)超(chao)級(ji)市(shi)場(chang)買(mai)到(dao)的(de)新(xin)鮮(xian)魚(yu)貝(bei)類(lei)食(shi)品(pin),許(xu)多(duo)是(shi)裝(zhuang)在(zai)盤(pan)中(zhong)後(hou)用(yong)氯(lv)乙(yi)烯(xi)塑(su)料(liao)、聚乙烯、聚丁二烯的彈力拉伸薄膜包裝的;高級蝦、幹貝類食品,是放在泡沫PS容器中,用高聚物/EVA的薄膜密封包裝的;沙丁魚和鰍刀魚之類的鮮魚則是放在盤中,用氯乙烯塑料的彈力拉伸薄膜包裝的。下麵則主要介紹幾種常用的包裝材料:
