三、天氣影響。采收香菇還要根據氣溫、氣候的變化,采取不同措施,分期分批進行。氣溫低時,香菇生長慢,可適當延長采收期;如遇陰雨天,寧可提前采摘稍嫩的菇,而不采過熟菇。
四、配(pei)合(he)適(shi)盛(sheng)器(qi)。采(cai)完(wan)的(de)鮮(xian)菇(gu),要(yao)用(yong)小(xiao)蘿(luo)筐(kuang)或(huo)小(xiao)籃(lan)子(zi)裝(zhuang),並(bing)要(yao)小(xiao)心(xin)輕(qing)放(fang),保(bao)持(chi)實(shi)體(ti)完(wan)整(zheng),防(fang)止(zhi)互(hu)相(xiang)壓(ya)擠(ji)損(sun)環(huan),不(bu)能(neng)影(ying)響(xiang)品(pin)質(zhi)。采(cai)下(xia)的(de)鮮(xian)菇(gu)要(yao)按(an)菇(gu)體(ti)大(da)小(xiao)、朵形好壞進行分開,不能混在一起,然後另裝盛器內,以便分等加工。
五、采(cai)前(qian)停(ting)止(zhi)噴(pen)水(shui)。部(bu)分(fen)菇(gu)農(nong)在(zai)采(cai)前(qian)噴(pen)水(shui)以(yi)增(zeng)加(jia)重(zhong)量(liang),這(zhe)嚴(yan)重(zhong)影(ying)響(xiang)品(pin)質(zhi)。如(ru)果(guo)采(cai)前(qian)噴(pen)水(shui),菇(gu)體(ti)含(han)水(shui)量(liang)高(gao),加(jia)工(gong)鮮(xian)菇(gu)時(shi)菌(jun)褶(zhe)變(bian)褐(he),脫(tuo)水(shui)幹(gan)製(zhi)時(shi)菌(jun)褶(zhe)變(bian)黑(hei),菇(gu)體(ti)水(shui)分(fen)過(guo)高(gao)也(ye)容(rong)易(yi)發(fa)黴(mei)。因(yin)此(ci),在(zai)采(cai)收(shou)前(qian)不(bu)能(neng)噴(pen)水(shui),讓(rang)菇(gu)體(ti)保(bao)持(chi)原(yuan)來(lai)水(shui)分(fen)。
