糙米霧化著水的工藝效果
糙米霧化著水是針對現行共知的碾米工藝技術存在的問題而研究的新碾工藝技術。在不改變原有碾米工藝、設(she)備(bei)的(de)基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang),在(zai)礱(long)穀(gu)與(yu)碾(nian)米(mi)工(gong)序(xu)之(zhi)間(jian),也(ye)就(jiu)是(shi)在(zai)穀(gu)糙(cao)分(fen)離(li)後(hou)的(de)淨(jing)糙(cao)米(mi)進(jin)入(ru)頭(tou)道(dao)碾(nian)米(mi)機(ji)前(qian),增(zeng)加(jia)一(yi)台(tai)糙(cao)米(mi)霧(wu)化(hua)著(zhe)水(shui)機(ji),通(tong)過(guo)對(dui)糙(cao)米(mi)進(jin)行(xing)均(jun)勻(yun)霧(wu)化(hua)著(zhe)水(shui)0.2%-0.6%,將糙米皮層水分增加16.5%-17.0%,例外以層的水分與白米籽粒水分相差2-3個百分點,在料倉(鬥)內存放20-40min,使得糙米的糠層和胚吸水後膨脹軟化,形成外大內小的水分梯度和外小內大的強度梯度,糠層與白米籽粒結構間產生相對位移,皮層、糊粉層組織結構強度減弱、baimiziliqiangduxiangduizengqiang,caomiwaibiaomiandemocaxishuzengda。zheyang,bubiyonghendadejiyalihejianqielijikeshixiannianbai,dadajianshaolenianmiguochengzhongdeposuiheliewen,shibaimibiaomiangengguanghua,zhengmilvdafudutigao。caomiwuhuazheshuihouzainianmiyuxianxingdeganmonianmixiangbiyouyixiajigexianzhugongyixiaoguo:改善了白米碾磨不勻,提高了白度;外加水分抵補碾米時米溫升高而產生的水分蒸好,也正因此而克服了白米外表層水分急劇蒸發產生的內應力,所以降低了白米的龜裂;節省碾米電耗;降低碎米率;增加出米率。
糙米霧化著水機的選用

糙米霧化著水的經濟效益分析
