2、 炒製玉米花。將玉米放入鍋中,用中火,即鍋燙手但又不燒紅鍋,要隨時將玉米攔 動,防止炒焦變糊,當玉米全部爆裂後取出冷卻。冷卻後應及時放進磨粉機裏磨成細粉,越細越好,並用細篩篩一扁即可備用。
二、 製作方法 先將案板洗淨擦幹,上捕一層幹淨無毒的塑料薄膜,在薄膜上撒一層事先務好炒製的
