2.清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)。經(jing)過(guo)踩(cai)蹂(rou)或(huo)碾(nian)壓(ya)後(hou),果(guo)皮(pi)與(yu)核(he)就(jiu)可(ke)脫(tuo)離(li),但(dan)相(xiang)互(hu)仍(reng)混(hun)合(he)在(zai)一(yi)起(qi),不(bu)能(neng)直(zhi)接(jie)利(li)用(yong)。為(wei)了(le)分(fen)離(li)棗(zao)核(he),就(jiu)要(yao)清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)。把(ba)混(hun)合(he)物(wu)倒(dao)入(ru)盛(sheng)水(shui)的(de)桶(tong)內(nei),經(jing)過(guo)攪(jiao)拌(ban),分(fen)離(li)的(de)果(guo)肉(rou)、果guo皮pi和he其qi他ta雜za物wu就jiu會hui漂piao浮fu出chu水shui麵mian,用yong過guo濾lv器qi過guo濾lv除chu去qu。沉chen澱dian在zai桶tong底di的de棗zao核he,用yong手shou搓cuo洗xi幾ji遍bian,直zhi到dao棗zao核he表biao麵mian幹gan淨jing,再zai經jing攪jiao拌ban過guo濾lv,就jiu可ke沉chen澱dian出chu幹gan淨jing的de棗zao核he。
