種子用細紗布或豆包布(因種子小防止漏出)包(bao)好(hao),根(gen)據(ju)種(zhong)子(zi)量(liang)布(bu)要(yao)稍(shao)大(da)一(yi)些(xie),便(bian)於(yu)催(cui)芽(ya)過(guo)程(cheng)清(qing)洗(xi)種(zhong)子(zi)。包(bao)好(hao)的(de)種(zhong)子(zi)放(fang)於(yu)幹(gan)淨(jing)的(de)涼(liang)水(shui)中(zhong)用(yong)手(shou)輕(qing)輕(qing)搓(cuo)洗(xi)幾(ji)遍(bian),使(shi)種(zhong)子(zi)清(qing)爽(shuang)幹(gan)淨(jing),然(ran)後(hou)用(yong)涼(liang)水(shui)浸(jin)種(zhong)2~3小時,撈出瀝去多餘的水分,用濕毛巾包好放入冰箱冷藏室(5℃~10℃)處理24~36小時,取出清洗一下種子和毛巾,用濕毛巾包好置室溫下 (約20℃)催芽,一般第1~2天後種子就可大批露白。
