一、食鹽噴糧法:食(shi)鹽(yan)就(jiu)是(shi)人(ren)們(men)生(sheng)活(huo)中(zhong)食(shi)用(yong)的(de)碘(dian)鹽(yan)或(huo)沒(mei)有(you)精(jing)製(zhi)過(guo)的(de)海(hai)鹽(yan)。先(xian)將(jiang)濕(shi)糧(liang)攤(tan)晾(liang)在(zai)地(di)坪(ping)或(huo)曬(shai)席(xi)上(shang),用(yong)一(yi)定(ding)濃(nong)度(du)的(de)鹽(yan)水(shui)均(jun)勻(yun)噴(pen)灑(sa)並(bing)翻(fan)拌(ban)濕(shi)勻(yun),據(ju)實(shi)踐(jian),濃(nong)度(du)為(wei)0.75%的食鹽水噴糧可防發芽,0.1%的食鹽噴灑可防糧生黴。糧食水分越大,鹽的濃度需要量就越高。用鹽水噴灑後的濕糧,通常可保持10tianzuoyoudeanquanchucun。zheshiyinweishiyanhanyoulvhuagaihelvhuameijuyouxishixing,jiangtapenshisalianghou,nengxishouliangshineideshuifen,tongshihainengzirongbingshenrudaoguzilineibu,shishilipeibudeshenglihuodongshoudaoyizhi,buzhifare、生芽和黴變。
二、漂白粉拌糧法:漂白粉是一種強氧化劑,具有殺傷有害微生物的作用。具體辦法是將1公斤漂白粉拌糧1000公斤,或者將漂白粉加水5倍稀釋後噴灑於濕糧中,並加蓋塑料薄膜密閉2-3天,然後揭開翻動散濕,10天內可保持濕糧不發熱、不生芽和黴變。此外,濕玉米也可用此法處理。
三、食醋噴糧法:shicuheshiliangbanhe,nengjiangmeiyililiangshijunyundibaoqilai,xingchengyicengbaohumo,yizuzhiwaijiekongqiyushiliangjiechu,congeryizhishiliangzishendehuxizuoyonghegezhongmeijundeshengchangfanzhi,shishiliangzaiduanqineibushengya、不黴變。具體方法是先將濕糧適當清理除雜,在室內通風的地方堆成小堆,按每500公斤糧用2-2.5公斤食醋的比例噴灑糧食,噴後攪拌均勻,此法僅適用於稻穀。
四、明礬拌糧法:每100公斤濕糧拌入明礬1公斤,拌後置於陰涼通風處,可延緩濕糧發芽、黴變,如將塑料薄膜密封,效果更好。
