采(cai)摘(zhai)時(shi),病(bing)果(guo)和(he)裂(lie)果(guo)應(ying)由(you)專(zhuan)人(ren)采(cai)摘(zhai),集(ji)中(zhong)處(chu)理(li),防(fang)止(zhi)病(bing)害(hai)傳(chuan)染(ran)蔓(man)延(yan)。雨(yu)天(tian)采(cai)摘(zhai)時(shi),果(guo)實(shi)萼(e)筒(tong)內(nei)易(yi)積(ji)水(shui),容(rong)易(yi)招(zhao)致(zhi)病(bing)原(yuan)菌(jun)侵(qin)入(ru)而(er)引(yin)起(qi)腐(fu)爛(lan)。所(suo)以(yi),應(ying)在(zai)晴(qing)天(tian)采(cai)摘(zhai)。采(cai)收(shou)時(shi),一(yi)手(shou)扶(fu)枝(zhi),一(yi)手(shou)摘(zhai)果(guo),帶(dai)1厘(li)米(mi)左(zuo)右(you)的(de)果(guo)柄(bing),盡(jin)量(liang)輕(qing)摘(zhai)輕(qing)放(fang),防(fang)止(zhi)石(shi)榴(liu)果(guo)實(shi)受(shou)機(ji)械(xie)損(sun)傷(shang),尤(you)其(qi)要(yao)防(fang)止(zhi)內(nei)傷(shang)。果(guo)實(shi)受(shou)到(dao)擠(ji)壓(ya)而(er)發(fa)生(sheng)內(nei)傷(shang),果(guo)皮(pi)內(nei)籽(zi)粒(li)破(po)碎(sui),但(dan)從(cong)外(wai)表(biao)看(kan)不(bu)出(chu)。此(ci)後(hou)在(zai)貯(zhu)運(yun)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),破(po)碎(sui)流(liu)出(chu)的(de)汁(zhi)液(ye)會(hui)影(ying)響(xiang)其(qi)餘(yu)未(wei)破(po)碎(sui)的(de)籽(zi)粒(li),使(shi)之(zhi)崩(beng)潰(kui)變(bian)質(zhi),失(shi)去(qu)食(shi)用(yong)價(jia)值(zhi)。
果實采收後,應剔除病、shangguohelieguo,duiyouneishanghuaiyideguoshiyeyingjizaotiaochu,lijixiaoshou。yongyuzhuzangdejianquanwushangdeguoyaojishijinxingshajunchuli。shiyanjieguobiaoming,youshandongzaozhuangshinongyejuyanzhishengchandezaonongshiliubaoxianji2號的殺菌效果較好,使用濃度為1000倍。50%多菌靈1000倍液或45%噻菌靈懸浮劑800~1000倍液,浸果3~5分鍾,晾幹後貯存,貯量大時可用噴藥的辦法把上述藥劑噴到果麵上,晾幹後貯存。京2B、北京1號保鮮劑、仲丁胺等用於石榴保鮮的效果不理想。
