一、適期采收。梨果實采收時期的早晚,對產量、品質和耐貯性影響很大。采收過早,果實未充分成熟,果個小、品質低劣,不耐貯藏;采收過晚,成熟度過高,果肉衰老加快,不適合長途運輸及長期貯藏。果實的采收時期主要根據市場需求、果實的成熟度及果實的用途來確定,以達到最好的效果。果實成熟度主要依據果實發育天數、果皮色澤、種皮顏色、果肉硬度等指標確定。梨果的成熟度分為三種:一yi是shi可ke采cai成cheng熟shu度du。此ci時shi果guo實shi的de物wu質zhi積ji累lei過guo程cheng基ji本ben完wan成cheng,大da小xiao已yi定ding型xing,綠lv色se減jian退tui,開kai始shi呈cheng現xian本ben品pin種zhong固gu有you的de色se澤ze和he風feng味wei,但dan果guo肉rou硬ying度du較jiao大da,食shi用yong品pin質zhi稍shao差cha。此ci時shi采cai收shou的de果guo實shi適shi於yu遠yuan途tu運yun輸shu和he長chang期qi貯zhu藏zang。二er是shi食shi用yong成cheng熟shu度du。此ci時shi種zhong子zi變bian褐he、果梗易和果台脫離,果實表現出該品種固有的色、香、味,食用品質最好。此期采收適於就地銷售鮮食、短(duan)距(ju)離(li)運(yun)輸(shu)和(he)短(duan)期(qi)冷(leng)庫(ku)貯(zhu)藏(zang)。三(san)是(shi)生(sheng)理(li)成(cheng)熟(shu)期(qi)。此(ci)時(shi)種(zhong)子(zi)充(chong)分(fen)成(cheng)熟(shu),果(guo)肉(rou)硬(ying)度(du)下(xia)降(jiang)開(kai)始(shi)軟(ruan)綿(mian),食(shi)用(yong)品(pin)質(zhi)開(kai)始(shi)下(xia)降(jiang)。一(yi)般(ban)采(cai)種(zhong)的(de)果(guo)實(shi)在(zai)此(ci)期(qi)采(cai)收(shou)。

三、精細采摘。梨果肉質脆嫩,果皮薄,不抗擠壓和摩擦,因此采收應人工精細采摘。采收前要準備好采收使用的工具,如采果籃、采果袋、采果梯、guokuanghuozhixiangdeng。guolandijisizhouyongruanbujimadaipianpuhao。shengguodekuanglou,yaopudianbocaodengruanwu。caiguorenyuanyaojianduanzhijiahuodaixianshoutao。zhaiguodeshunxu,yingshixianlihouwai,youxiaershang,jiyaobimianpengdiaoguoshi,youyaofangzhizheduanguozhi。zhaiguoshiyongshouwozhuguoshidibu,muzhiheshizhitizhuguobingshangbu,xiangshangyitaijizhaixia,yaozhuyibaohuguobing,buyaoshenglayingzhuai。lankuangneizhuangguobuyitaiman,yimianjiyahuodiaoluo。caishouguochengyingzaixicaozuo,qingnaqingfang,jinliangbimiancashangdengyingshang,baochiguoshiwanhao。caishouyichenluyigan、天氣晴朗的午前和下午4時以後為宜,下雨、有霧或露水未幹時不宜采收。必須在雨天摘果時,需將果實放在通風良好的場所,盡快晾幹。
四、果實分級。梨果分極標準,因品種而不同。我國目前一般是在果形、新鮮度、顏色、品質、病蟲害和機械傷等方麵已符合要求的基礎上,再按大小進行分級,我國目前對梨果的分極主要采用人工分級法。人工分極方法有兩種:一是目測法,憑人的視覺判斷,按果實的顏色、daxiaojiangguoshifenji,cifafenjibiaozhunrongyishoucaozuorenyuanxinliyinsudeyingxiang,pianchajiaoda。ershiyongxuanguobanfenji,xuanguobanshangyouyixiliezhijingdaxiaobutongdekong,anguoshidengjiguigeyicijiangkongdezhijingzengda。fenjishi,jiangguoshisongrukongzhonglouxiajike,cifafenjideguoshi,tongyijibiedeguoshidaxiaojibenyizhi,pianchajiaoxiao。rengongfenjixiaolvdi,zhunquexingjiaocha,dannengzuidachengdudijianqingguoshidejixieshanghai。
五、包裝。包裝容器主要有紙箱、鈣塑箱、果筐、木箱等。目前常用的為紙箱。包裝箱類型和規格應根據使用和銷售對象、市場要求設計定做。冷藏、遠途運輸及出口的包裝箱要求較高。出口果箱應注意粘合劑要符合出口要求,外銷包裝的紙箱由紙盒、紙格、紙板等組成。根據不同品種梨果大小、等級,選擇不同規格的紙箱。如我國傳統出口鴨梨的包裝箱,要求每箱淨重18千克,每箱裝鴨梨的個數有60、72、80、96、112gedeng。baozhuangyingzailengliangdehuanjingtiaojianxiajinxing,bimianfengchuirishaiheyulin。chukoudeyingzaizhuanmendebaozhuangchejianjinxing。zhuangxiangshi,xianfanghaodicengzhibanhezhige。meiguoyongzhuanyongbaoguozhibaohao,yigeyiguo,zhuangmanyiceng,gaiyizhiban,yicizhuangman,zuishanggaiyikuaizhiban,chengzhonghoufengxiang,zhumingpinzhong、等級、淨重、產chan地di和he單dan位wei標biao簽qian。現xian在zai有you用yong塑su料liao泡pao沫mo網wang套tao包bao果guo,還hai有you的de在zai包bao裝zhuang箱xiang中zhong用yong凹ao穴xue的de泡pao沫mo塑su料liao熱re板ban裝zhuang果guo,不bu加jia套tao,也ye不bu包bao紙zhi,包bao裝zhuang手shou續xu簡jian便bian,便bian於yu機ji械xie化hua操cao作zuo。
六、果實預冷和入貯。果實采後及時預冷可以顯著降低果實的呼吸強度,減少水分蒸發和貯藏、運yun輸shu過guo程cheng中zhong病bing害hai的de發fa生sheng,有you效xiao地di延yan長chang果guo實shi的de貯zhu藏zang保bao鮮xian期qi。傳chuan統tong的de預yu冷leng方fang法fa,是shi采cai後hou將jiang梨li果guo在zai背bei陰yin的de地di方fang放fang置zhi一yi段duan時shi間jian進jin行xing自zi然ran降jiang溫wen,但dan這zhe種zhong預yu冷leng方fang式shi降jiang溫wen速su度du很hen慢man。進jin行xing大da量liang人ren工gong或huo機ji械xie預yu冷leng的de方fang法fa主zhu要yao是shi低di溫wen預yu冷leng。低di溫wen預yu冷leng是shi將jiang經jing過guo分fen級ji、包裝的果實,放在0℃左右的環境條件下進行預冷。入冷庫貯藏的可將果實放在預冷間預冷,或將果箱單層擺放在庫內,待果溫降到10℃時再行堆垛。每天入庫量為設計量即庫容的1/8-1/10,入滿庫後要按品種降溫要求使庫溫在一定的時間內降到規定冷藏溫度。
冷庫內果箱要按品種、等級堆垛,並保持垛形整齊,垛與垛之間要留有0.5米的空間,箱或筐之間要留有1-2厘米的空隙,不要緊貼。堆垛要離牆麵20厘米,低於庫內噴風管0.5米,垛底要墊15厘米高的木料,還要留有1.2米寬的通道。正常貯存時庫內溫度在0℃左右,變化不應超過1℃。相對濕度保持在90%以上。梨的品種不同,冷藏的適宜溫濕度及降溫速度有差異,應區別對待。
