葛粉是野生葛根中所含的澱粉、蛋白質、脂肪等混合物,其主要成分是澱粉,屬高級澱粉,是出口創彙的緊俏商品。現介紹葛粉的精加工技術如下:

3、洗xi漿jiang。先xian將jiang打da出chu的de粉fen漿jiang裝zhuang入ru布bu袋dai,用yong清qing水shui衝chong洗xi過guo濾lv,濾lv出chu葛ge渣zha。過guo濾lv的de漿jiang水shui用yong大da陶tao缸gang或huo水shui泥ni池chi盛sheng裝zhuang,待dai葛ge粉fen自zi然ran沉chen澱dian後hou排pai出chu廢fei漿jiang水shui,然ran後hou加jia入ru清qing水shui攪jiao拌ban,讓rang泥ni漿jiang和he細xi渣zha懸xuan浮fu在zai上shang層ceng,每mei日ri換huan水shui一yi次ci,漂piao洗xi2-3天。?
4、分(fen)離(li)。將(jiang)漂(piao)洗(xi)過(guo)的(de)粉(fen)漿(jiang)再(zai)次(ci)用(yong)布(bu)袋(dai)過(guo)濾(lv),濾(lv)出(chu)粉(fen)粕(po)細(xi)渣(zha),將(jiang)濾(lv)出(chu)的(de)粉(fen)漿(jiang)仍(reng)放(fang)入(ru)池(chi)或(huo)缸(gang)中(zhong),沉(chen)澱(dian)一(yi)晝(zhou)夜(ye)後(hou)排(pai)出(chu)廢(fei)漿(jiang)水(shui),重(zhong)新(xin)加(jia)入(ru)清(qing)水(shui)攪(jiao)勻(yun),使(shi)葛(ge)粉(fen)呈(cheng)懸(xuan)浮(fu)乳(ru)狀(zhuang),再(zai)經(jing)24小時自然沉澱,然後排幹廢漿水,鏟去表層有雜質的次粉,棄掉底層的腳粉,取中間純淨的葛粉裝入布袋,用繩子吊起,瀝幹水。
5、幹燥。將瀝幹的葛粉曬幹後搗細,裝入防潮塑料袋密封,即為葛粉成品。
