成(cheng)熟(shu)度(du)的(de)確(que)定(ding),芒(mang)果(guo)要(yao)適(shi)時(shi)采(cai)收(shou),過(guo)早(zao)采(cai)收(shou),果(guo)實(shi)風(feng)味(wei)淡(dan),極(ji)易(yi)失(shi)水(shui),使(shi)果(guo)皮(pi)皺(zhou)縮(suo)。過(guo)遲(chi)采(cai)收(shou),果(guo)實(shi)易(yi)自(zi)然(ran)脫(tuo)落(luo),後(hou)熟(shu)加(jia)快(kuai),不(bu)耐(nai)貯(zhu)運(yun)。芒(mang)果(guo)采(cai)收(shou)成(cheng)熟(shu)度(du)的(de)一(yi)般(ban)標(biao)準(zhun)為(wei):果皮顏色轉暗,或由青綠色轉為淡綠色;果肉由乳白色轉為淡黃色,近核處現黃色;果實飽滿,果肩渾圓,紫花芒果單果重為200~300g,平均約240g;或一株樹上有自然成熟果出現,這株樹基本可采收。這時采收的果實,經6—8d的後熟,果皮不會皺縮,風味濃。據研究,可以采下果實置於水中下沉的程度,作為簽訂成熟度的指標:一般用於立即催熟就近銷售的,以果實在水中下沉為好,長期貯藏或需遠距離運輸的,以果實在水中半下沉為好。
正常年份,在廣州地區7月底至8月初是紫花芒的適收時間,桂香芒、qingpimangdengzetuichiyizhouzuoyou。diweidudiquruhainanheyuexidiquzebiguangzhoudiqutiqiancaishou。caishoushiyiqingtianshangwuweiyi,ruoyutaifengjijie,zeyingjinliangzaitaifengqianqiangshou,yutianhefengyuguohouliangtianneibuyicaishou,fouze,guoshiliujiaoyanzhong,bunaizhuzang。caishougongrenyingdaishoutao,caishoushiyicaiyongyiguoliangjiandefangfa,diyijianliuguobingchangyue5cm,第二剪留果柄長約0.5cm。田(tian)間(jian)裝(zhuang)果(guo)用(yong)的(de)容(rong)器(qi)應(ying)用(yong)軟(ruan)物(wu)襯(chen)墊(dian),以(yi)防(fang)刺(ci)傷(shang)果(guo)實(shi)。果(guo)實(shi)放(fang)置(zhi)時(shi)剪(jian)口(kou)向(xiang)下(xia),每(mei)放(fang)一(yi)層(ceng)果(guo)實(shi)墊(dian)一(yi)層(ceng)報(bao)紙(zhi),避(bi)免(mian)乳(ru)汁(zhi)相(xiang)互(hu)汙(wu)染(ran)果(guo)麵(mian)。采(cai)收(shou)時(shi)應(ying)盡(jin)量(liang)避(bi)免(mian)機(ji)械(xie)損(sun)傷(shang),以(yi)減(jian)少(shao)後(hou)熟(shu)期(qi)果(guo)實(shi)腐(fu)爛(lan)。采(cai)收(shou)後(hou)立(li)即(ji)剔(ti)除(chu)病(bing)蟲(chong)害(hai)果(guo)和(he)機(ji)械(xie)傷(shang)果(guo),及(ji)時(shi)進(jin)行(xing)藥(yao)物(wu)處(chu)理(li)。
