嚴格掌握安全貯藏的外界條件
一、適宜的窖溫是防止爛窖的關鍵。整個貯藏期客溫不能低於9℃或高於15℃,最適宜的客溫是11℃~13℃。如果長期處於9℃以下,就會遭受冷害招致爛害;反之長期處於15℃以上,薯快就會發芽。
二、 溫度經常保持在 90%,對保證薯塊新鮮程度起著重要作用。尤其準備春天賣生鮮薯的,更應注意窖內溫度。

四、薯窖容量大小與客藏薯塊數量比例要適當。一般貯藏量應略低於窖容量的2/3。貯藏過滿容易引起供氧不足,貯量過小易遭受冷害。
把握好薯窖貯藏的三個關鍵時期
