(2)小米的貯藏方法。小米常采用低溫密閉法貯藏,也可存放在陰涼、幹燥、通風較好的地方。其安全貯藏的水分應控製在12%以下。貯藏前水分過大時,不能曝曬,可在庫內陰幹。入庫時應吹風過篩,去除糠雜。入庫後加強檢查,發現吸濕脫糠、fareshi,yaojishichufengguoshai,chukangjiangwen,yifangmeibian。xiaomiyizaoeleiyouchongdengweihai,faxianhoukejiangshangbushengchongbufenpaichudanduchuli。jiazhongxiaoliangcunfangshi,kezairongqineifang1袋新花椒防蟲。
(1)xiaomidezhuzangtedian。xiaomishiqulebaohuceng,zilijiaoxiao,liangduikongxiduxiao,zazhiduo,neiwaiqitibuyijiaohuan。xiaomiyibanhankangjiaoduo,kangneihanyoujiaoduodezhifang,gaowentiaojianxiayibianzhi、變味。當溫度和水分偏高時,會發熱黴變。發熱初期糧麵濕潤,4~5天後米色顯著變淺,失去光澤,並產生脫糠現象,米堆內米粒開始結塊,個別米粒開始生黴,糧溫上升加快。再經3~5天米色即發生黴變,變為褐色,有濃黴味。
