2、儀器的供電線路要符合儀器的要求
為了保證ICP儀(yi)的(de)安(an)全(quan)運(yun)行(xing),供(gong)電(dian)線(xian)路(lu)必(bi)須(xu)要(yao)有(you)足(zu)夠(gou)大(da)的(de)容(rong)量(liang),否(fou)則(ze)儀(yi)器(qi)運(yun)行(xing)時(shi)線(xian)路(lu)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang)過(guo)大(da),影(ying)響(xiang)儀(yi)器(qi)壽(shou)命(ming)。作(zuo)為(wei)一(yi)台(tai)精(jing)密(mi)測(ce)量(liang)儀(yi)器(qi),它(ta)還(hai)需(xu)要(yao)有(you)相(xiang)對(dui)穩(wen)定(ding)的(de) 電源,供電電壓的變化一般不超過+百分之5,如超過這個範圍,需要使用自動調壓器或磁飽和穩壓器,不能使用電子穩壓器,由於電子穩壓器在電壓高時產生削 波,造成電脈衝,影響電子計算機、微處理器及相敏放大器的工作,引起誤動作。連續正弦波電源才能保證這些電子電路的正常工作,儀器供電線路最好單獨從供電 變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)配(pei)電(dian)盤(pan)上(shang)得(de)到(dao),盡(jin)量(liang)不(bu)與(yu)大(da)電(dian)機(ji),大(da)的(de)通(tong)風(feng)機(ji),空(kong)調(tiao)機(ji),馬(ma)弗(fu)爐(lu)等(deng)大(da)的(de)用(yong)電(dian)設(she)備(bei)共(gong)用(yong)一(yi)條(tiao)供(gong)電(dian)線(xian)路(lu),以(yi)免(mian)在(zai)這(zhe)些(xie)用(yong)電(dian)設(she)備(bei)起(qi)動(dong)時(shi),供(gong)電(dian)線(xian)路(lu)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)大(da)幅(fu)度(du)的(de)波(bo)動(dong),造(zao)成(cheng)儀(yi)器(qi)工(gong)作(zuo)不(bu)穩(wen)定(ding)。允(yun)許(xu)電(dian)流(liu)大(da)於(yu)30安培的儀器要單獨接地。一般光譜儀地線電阻要小於5歐姆,計算機地線電阻要小於0.25歐姆(ASTM)標準,以防相互幹擾。

3、防塵

4、對氣體控製係統的維護保養
ICP的氣體控製係統是否穩定 正常地運行,直接影響到儀器測定數據的好壞,如果氣路中有水珠、機械雜物雜屑等都會造成氣流不穩定,因此,對氣體控製係統要經常進行檢查和維護。首先要做 qitishiyan,dakaiqitikongzhixitongdedianyuankaiguan,shidiancifachuyugongzuozhuangtai,ranhoukaiqiqipingjijianyafa,shiqitiyalizhishizaiedingzhishang,ranhouguanbiqiping,guanchajianyafashangdeyalibiaozhi 針(zhen),應(ying)在(zai)幾(ji)個(ge)小(xiao)時(shi)內(nei)沒(mei)有(you)下(xia)降(jiang)或(huo)下(xia)降(jiang)很(hen)少(shao),否(fou)則(ze)氣(qi)路(lu)中(zhong)有(you)漏(lou)氣(qi)現(xian)象(xiang),需(xu)要(yao)檢(jian)查(zha)和(he)排(pai)除(chu)。第(di)二(er),由(you)於(yu)氬(ya)氣(qi)中(zhong)常(chang)夾(jia)雜(za)有(you)水(shui)分(fen)和(he)其(qi)它(ta)雜(za)質(zhi),管(guan)道(dao)和(he)接(jie)頭(tou)中(zhong)也(ye)會(hui)有(you)一(yi)些(xie)機(ji)械(xie)碎(sui) 屑(xie)脫(tuo)落(luo),造(zao)成(cheng)氣(qi)路(lu)不(bu)暢(chang)通(tong)。因(yin)此(ci),需(xu)要(yao)定(ding)期(qi)進(jin)行(xing)清(qing)理(li),拔(ba)下(xia)某(mou)些(xie)區(qu)段(duan)管(guan)道(dao),然(ran)後(hou)打(da)開(kai)氣(qi)瓶(ping),短(duan)促(cu)地(di)放(fang)一(yi)段(duan)時(shi)間(jian)的(de)氣(qi)體(ti),將(jiang)管(guan)道(dao)中(zhong)的(de)水(shui)珠(zhu),塵(chen)粒(li)等(deng)吹(chui)出(chu)。在(zai)安(an)裝(zhuang)氣(qi)體(ti)管(guan) 道,特別是將載氣管路接在霧化器上時,要注意不要讓管子彎曲太厲害,否則載氣流量不穩而造成脈動,影響測定。
5、對進樣係統及炬管的維護

6、使用中盡量減少開停機的次數
開(kai)機(ji)測(ce)定(ding)前(qian),必(bi)須(xu)做(zuo)好(hao)安(an)排(pai),事(shi)先(xian)標(biao)好(hao)各(ge)項(xiang)準(zhun)備(bei)工(gong)作(zuo),切(qie)忌(ji)在(zai)同(tong)一(yi)段(duan)時(shi)間(jian)裏(li)開(kai)開(kai)停(ting)停(ting),儀(yi)器(qi)頻(pin)繁(fan)開(kai)啟(qi)容(rong)易(yi)造(zao)成(cheng)損(sun)壞(huai),這(zhe)是(shi)因(yin)為(wei)儀(yi)器(qi)在(zai)每(mei)次(ci)開(kai)啟(qi)的(de)時(shi)候(hou),瞬(shun)時(shi)電(dian)流(liu)大(da)大(da)高(gao)於(yu)運(yun)行(xing)正(zheng)常(chang)時(shi)的(de)電(dian)流(liu),瞬(shun)時(shi)的(de)脈(mai)衝(chong)衝(chong)擊(ji),容(rong)易(yi)造(zao)成(cheng)功(gong)率(lv)管(guan)燈(deng)絲(si)斷(duan)絲(si),碰(peng)極(ji)短(duan)路(lu)及(ji)過(guo)早(zao)老(lao)化(hua)等(deng),因(yin)此(ci)使(shi)用(yong)中(zhong)需(xu)要(yao)倍(bei)加(jia)注(zhu)意(yi),一(yi)旦(dan)開(kai)機(ji)就(jiu)一(yi)氣(qi)嗬(he)成(cheng),把(ba)要(yao)做(zuo)的(de)事(shi)做(zuo)完(wan),不(bu)要(yao)中(zhong)途(tu)關(guan)停(ting)機(ji)。
