離心機在化工、製藥工業應用中需要有效保障安全生產的氮氣保護防爆係統設計。
1 防爆要求
我們知道,產生爆炸的三個要素為溫度、火源、氧yang氣qi,防fang止zhi產chan生sheng化hua學xue性xing爆bao炸zha的de三san個ge基ji本ben條tiao件jian的de同tong時shi存cun在zai,是shi預yu防fang可ke燃ran物wu質zhi化hua學xue性xing爆bao炸zha的de基ji本ben理li論lun。換huan句ju話hua說shuo,防fang止zhi可ke燃ran物wu質zhi化hua學xue性xing爆bao炸zha全quan部bu技ji術shu措cuo施shi的de實shi質zhi,就jiu是shi製zhi止zhi化hua學xue性xing爆bao炸zha三san個ge基ji本ben條tiao件jian的de同tong時shi存cun在zai。其qi中zhong:(1)溫度,對於具體的某一介質,無論是液相還是氣相,在進行工藝設計時應考慮離心機工作溫度,這主要取決於工藝條件,在此不作詳析;(2)火huo源yuan,在zai離li心xin機ji設she計ji時shi,對dui於yu運yun動dong件jian應ying用yong足zu夠gou的de安an全quan空kong轉zhuan子zi泵beng間jian,以yi消xiao除chu可ke能neng產chan生sheng的de機ji械xie摩mo擦ca和he撞zhuang擊ji,同tong時shi,機ji器qi必bi須xu有you消xiao除chu靜jing電dian的de措cuo施shi。對dui於yu製zhi動dong裝zhuang置zhi,不bu得de采cai用yong機ji械xie摩mo擦ca式shi製zhi動dong裝zhuang置zhi,一yi般ban均jun采cai用yong電dian器qi能neng耗hao製zhi動dong的de形xing式shi(非接觸式製動,缺點是製動時間要比接觸式要長一點,尤其是在滿載時轉動慣量較大的情況下更是如此)。另外,對於傳動帶,則選用防靜電帶,以消除或減少靜電產生的可能;(3)氧氣,一般采用惰性氣體保護,通過向離心機內部充人氮氣置換裏麵的空氣,從而使氧氣濃度維持在安全範圍之內。
2 防爆措施
