設(she)備(bei)及(ji)環(huan)境(jing)設(she)施(shi)是(shi)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)開(kai)展(zhan)檢(jian)驗(yan)的(de)必(bi)備(bei)工(gong)具(ju),設(she)備(bei)及(ji)環(huan)境(jing)設(she)施(shi)是(shi)否(fou)滿(man)足(zu)標(biao)準(zhun),將(jiang)直(zhi)接(jie)影(ying)響(xiang)數(shu)據(ju)的(de)準(zhun)確(que)性(xing),對(dui)檢(jian)驗(yan)結(jie)果(guo)和(he)判(pan)定(ding)有(you)重(zhong)大(da)影(ying)響(xiang)。設(she)備(bei)及(ji)環(huan)境(jing)設(she)施(shi)不(bu)能(neng)滿(man)足(zu)要(yao)求(qiu)的(de)原(yuan)因(yin)主(zhu)要(yao)有(you):
1.量值溯源未按規定
儀(yi)器(qi)設(she)備(bei)的(de)量(liang)值(zhi)溯(su)源(yuan)是(shi)保(bao)證(zheng)其(qi)測(ce)量(liang)準(zhun)確(que)性(xing)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)手(shou)段(duan)之(zhi)一(yi),按(an)照(zhao)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)資(zi)質(zhi)認(ren)定(ding)評(ping)審(shen)準(zhun)則(ze)要(yao)求(qiu),儀(yi)器(qi)設(she)備(bei)使(shi)用(yong)前(qian)應(ying)經(jing)過(guo)檢(jian)定(ding)或(huo)校(xiao)準(zhun),必(bi)要(yao)時(shi),在(zai)二(er)次(ci)檢(jian)定(ding)或(huo)校(xiao)準(zhun)之(zhi)間(jian)應(ying)進(jin)行(xing)期(qi)間(jian)核(he)查(zha),以(yi)保(bao)證(zheng)數(shu)據(ju)的(de)準(zhun)確(que)性(xing)。但(dan)部(bu)分(fen)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)未(wei)按(an)規(gui)定(ding)將(jiang)儀(yi)器(qi)送(song)計(ji)量(liang)部(bu)門(men)進(jin)行(xing)檢(jian)定(ding)或(huo)校(xiao)準(zhun),造(zao)成(cheng)儀(yi)器(qi)失(shi)準(zhun),還(hai)有(you)個(ge)別(bie)檢(jian)定(ding)/校準實驗室不經檢定/xiaozhunjiuchujuzhengshu。shiyanshineijingchanghuiyouyiqishebeishimeiyoujiandingguichenghuoxiaozhunfangfa,jiliangbumenwangwangtushengshi,jinduiyiqishiyongdejiliangqijujinxingjiandinghuoxiaozhun,erqizongtishebeishifouhegezebuzuozonghepanding,shideshebeixianshideshujushifouzhunquebudeerzhi。ruguo,cishibucaiyongnengliyanzhenghuoshiyanshibiduidefangfaduiyiqijinxingyanzheng,zehuidailaihendadefengxian。
2.設備精度下降
youdejianyanjigou,youqishizhongxiaoxingjianyanjigou,youyu,zijindebuzu,shideshebeichangqifuyi,debudaojishigengxin。youyushebeishiyongnianxianguochang,huoshiyonghuanjingelie,shebeidejingduxiajiang,jianyanshujudekexinduxiajiang。yinci,shiyanshiyingjishigengxinshebei,dangshebeiyishibunenggengxin,yingzengjiaxiaozhundepinci、做期間核查、采用實驗室間比對或設備間比對等方式驗證設備的可靠性,以保證檢測數據準確可靠。
3.環境設施不符合標準要求

檢測過程質量缺乏有效控製
由於,檢測過程不規範而產生的檢驗結論不正確或數據不準確也時有發生,主要表現在:
1.檢驗和計算粗心大意

3.臨界值的處理有偏差
在檢驗過程中,由於測量不確定度的存在,可能會導致檢驗項目在臨界值的判斷時有偏差。例如:塗層厚度,對於普通裝飾用鋁塑板,由於塗層厚度相對較小,測量時“0”點的精確校準對於處在標準規定的臨界狀態的產品而言顯得尤為重要。如果用普通標準基板進行調0,則可能出現(1~2)μm的偏差,這將可能導致產品由“合格”滑向“不合格”邊緣。對於普通裝飾用鋁塑板,可以將產品除去塗層,在其裸露的基材上進行調0,yibaozhengjieguodezhunquekeguanxing。yinci,duiyuyoulinjiezhidejianyanjieguo,yingzuzhiyoubutongjianyanrenyuanhuozheyiqishebeijinxingduocidebiduishiyan,quebaojianyanjieguokexuegongzheng。
4.對標準理解有偏差

5.新上崗檢驗員缺乏有效監督

檢驗原始記錄不規範缺少可追溯性
檢(jian)驗(yan)原(yuan)始(shi)記(ji)錄(lu)不(bu)規(gui)範(fan),雖(sui)然(ran)不(bu)會(hui)改(gai)變(bian)檢(jian)驗(yan)結(jie)果(guo),但(dan)原(yuan)始(shi)記(ji)錄(lu)是(shi)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)檢(jian)驗(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)的(de)證(zheng)明(ming)材(cai)料(liao),一(yi)旦(dan)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)與(yu)檢(jian)驗(yan)委(wei)托(tuo)方(fang)或(huo)相(xiang)關(guan)第(di)三(san)方(fang)發(fa)生(sheng)糾(jiu)紛(fen)時(shi),檢(jian)驗(yan)原(yuan)始(shi)記(ji)錄(lu)就(jiu)不(bu)能(neng)起(qi)到(dao)證(zheng)據(ju)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong),將(jiang)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)置(zhi)於(yu)危(wei)險(xian)境(jing)地(di)。每(mei)個(ge)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)都(dou)會(hui)按(an)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)資(zi)質(zhi)認(ren)定(ding)評(ping)審(shen)準(zhun)則(ze)的(de)規(gui)定(ding),製(zhi)訂(ding)自(zi)己(ji)的(de)記(ji)錄(lu)管(guan)理(li)規(gui)定(ding),但(dan)個(ge)別(bie)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)不(bu)能(neng)很(hen)好(hao)地(di)執(zhi)行(xing),表現在:
1.檢驗樣品的準備、處置和製備記錄不全
檢驗原始記錄最基本的要求是將觀察到的情況、數據加以記錄,這裏指的觀察到的情況包括從樣品的準備、處置和製備開始到檢驗結束所觀察到的全過程。實驗室往往對檢驗過程觀察到的情況記錄比較詳細,但對樣品的準備、處置和製備過程,如樣品在恒溫恒濕間的等溫過程、水泥的水養護過程等過程記錄不全,甚至不予記錄。按照“實驗室記錄應及時、準確、完整”的要求,檢驗樣品的準備、處置和製備,也是檢驗的過程,也應及時、準確、完整地加以記錄,同時,對檢驗員要加強教育,要有完整準確地記錄原始記錄的意識。
2.引用數據缺少可追溯性
檢(jian)驗(yan)後(hou)的(de)計(ji)算(suan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)往(wang)往(wang)需(xu)要(yao)引(yin)用(yong)一(yi)些(xie)常(chang)數(shu)或(huo)係(xi)數(shu)。所(suo)有(you)引(yin)用(yong)數(shu)據(ju)都(dou)應(ying)有(you)出(chu)處(chu),常(chang)數(shu)主(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)標(biao)準(zhun)中(zhong)給(gei)出(chu),係(xi)數(shu)則(ze)是(shi)在(zai)檢(jian)驗(yan)前(qian)作(zuo)出(chu)標(biao)準(zhun)曲(qu)線(xian)後(hou)得(de)出(chu),標(biao)準(zhun)曲(qu)線(xian)不(bu)是(shi)做(zuo)出(chu)一(yi)次(ci)後(hou)永(yong)遠(yuan)使(shi)用(yong),而(er)是(shi)應(ying)定(ding)期(qi)做(zuo)標(biao)準(zhun)曲(qu)線(xian),因(yin)此(ci),在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)標(biao)準(zhun)曲(qu)線(xian)時(shi),應(ying)在(zai)原(yuan)始(shi)記(ji)錄(lu)中(zhong)附(fu)上(shang)本(ben)次(ci)檢(jian)測(ce)使(shi)用(yong)的(de)標(biao)準(zhun)曲(qu)線(xian)或(huo)注(zhu)明(ming)標(biao)準(zhun)曲(qu)線(xian)編(bian)號(hao)。而(er)有(you)的(de)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)在(zai)記(ji)錄(lu)原(yuan)始(shi)記(ji)錄(lu)時(shi),並(bing)不(bu)將(jiang)標(biao)準(zhun)曲(qu)線(xian)附(fu)在(zai)原(yuan)始(shi)記(ji)錄(lu)中(zhong)或(huo)在(zai)原(yuan)始(shi)記(ji)錄(lu)中(zhong)注(zhu)明(ming)出(chu)處(chu),使(shi)其(qi)引(yin)用(yong)的(de)數(shu)據(ju)不(bu)具(ju)有(you)可(ke)追(zhui)溯(su)性(xing)。因(yin)此(ci),檢(jian)驗(yan)人(ren)員(yuan)在(zai)記(ji)錄(lu)檢(jian)驗(yan)原(yuan)始(shi)記(ji)錄(lu)時(shi),應(ying)將(jiang)引(yin)用(yong)的(de)標(biao)準(zhun)曲(qu)線(xian)附(fu)在(zai)原(yuan)始(shi)記(ji)錄(lu)中(zhong),或(huo)將(jiang)引(yin)用(yong)的(de)標(biao)準(zhun)曲(qu)線(xian)的(de)編(bian)號(hao)在(zai)原(yuan)始(shi)記(ji)錄(lu)中(zhong)注(zhu)明(ming),使(shi)得(de)原(yuan)始(shi)記(ji)錄(lu)中(zhong)的(de)引(yin)用(yong)數(shu)據(ju)具(ju)有(you)可(ke)追(zhui)溯(su)性(xing)。
3.從筆記本上轉抄檢驗記錄

2.非授權人簽字
